Construction is in a controlled factory setting reducing waste and pollution on the construction site. We are completely transparent about our environmental performance and constantly strive to make improvements to our activities, products and services.
We regularly review and update our policies and processes to minimise our environmental impact. We provide frequent and rigorous training, as well as communication, to our employees to ensure that they understand and recognise their environmental responsibilities and have the in-depth knowledge needed to recommend impactful improvements.

One of the many advantages of off-site construction is your buildings foundations can run concurrently with construction of your building. Our controlled factory setting ensures our quality and your safety is never compromised.
Avalon Cabins Ltd can take responsibility of the groundwork/foundations. However if you choose to use your own groundwork team your dedicated project manager can liaise with them directly to ensure the foundations are suitable for your modular building.
Throughout production we will invite you to visit our factory based just outside the historic town of Grantham, speak to our craftspeople, inspect our workpersonship and, make any amendments where possible to ensure you are happy with every aspect on your building.
We offer a timely, secure and reliable delivery to site. Your project manager will provide a scheduled delivery and installation plan ensuring a simple and seamless delivery and installation.
To ensure our clients receive the very best service Avalon Cabins will oversee the delivery. All of our suppliers/3rd party contractors are subject to a rigorous selection process. We select our partners on a variety of criteria such as health and safety, expertise, environmental and social responsibilities.
Installation is completed by our professional in house team who maintain a high standard of health and safety throughout. Once installation is complete your building is ready to use, just add your furniture.
We are passionate that your building exceeds expectations and to provide peace of mind all our on-site operatives have DBS clearance.
Once your building has been professional installed by our in-house team, a full inspection is conducted to ensure there are no faults and ensure you, our valued customer is completely satisfied. A comprehensive document is provided during handover which consists of detailed drawings, maintenance/service reports, operating instructions for major equipment and warranties.
Avalon cabins will fulfil your needs for the long term with ongoing support, advice and maintenance services. We offer a full range of repairs and replacement parts to ensure your building continues to deliver optimum performance.
